    In this contribution the bioanalytes dynamically modified by PEG pyrenebutanoate are separated by CZE or CIEF, in the pH gradient in the pH range 2.0 - 5.5, with fluorometric detection. The properties of the native and modified proteins and yeasts are compared.

    V publikaci jsou představeny kapilární elektroforetické separace a isoelektrická fokusace, pH gradient 2.0 - 5.5, dynamicky modifikovaných bioanalytů poly(ethylen) glykol pyrenbutanoátem s fluorimetrickou detekcí. Jsou zde porovnávány vlastnosti původních a modifikovaných proteinů a kvasinek.
