    AnnotationThe coating reaction of DNA/PLL complexes with N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide copolymers containing 4-nitrophenyl or thiazalodine-2-thione (TT) reactive groups in the side chains and semitelechelic pHPMA with TT reactive grup at the end chain was studied. The coating reaction was monitored spectrophotometrically and changes in weight-average molecular weight and hydrodynamic size by light scattering methods.
