Cizí a nejasná jména biblických knih odrážejících původní biblické jazyky byly často přeloženy v lidových jazycích, nicméně tyto překlady jsou zřídka jednotné v pozdním středověku. V našem příspěvku se zaměřujeme na jméno pěti vybraných biblických knih v českém rukopisu a tištěných biblích ze 14. až 16. století a v nebiblických textech jako jsou prology nebo latinsko-české slovníky: popisujeme změny ve hmotných zdrojích prostřednictvím možných vlivů a rozvoj jazyka.

The foreign, unclear names of biblical books reflecting the original biblical languages were often translated in vernacular languages, however, these translations are rarely uniform throughout the late Middle Ages. In our paper we focuse on the name of five selected biblical books in the Czech manuscript and printed Bibles from 14th to 16th century and in non-biblical texts such as prologues or Latin-Czech vocabularies: we describe changes in the material sources through the possible influences and the language development.
