Nonequilibrium quantum transport theory is used to develop formula for irreversible transfer of electronic excited state, or for the transfer of electron (hole), between two quasi-zero-dimensional nanostructures. The electron-phonon interaction is included in an approximation going beyond the limits of finite order perturbation calculation. The formula is expected to be suitable for analysis of light conversion measured data, like in experiments on photosynthesis. The application of the formula to the problem of the electric conduction of conductive polymers gives interesting comparison with experiments.
