In connection with studies of hazardous metals transport across model phospholipid
membranes, behavior of complexes of lead with phytochelatin PC2 has been examined. Using
stripping chronopotentiometry with different values of reducing current, the release of free
lead ions confirms labile behavior. Similar conclusion resulted from voltammetry on silica gel
    modified carbon paste electrode.
