Tento článek představuje trend soudních řízení, které se týkají otázky změny klimatu. V úvodu textu je stručně okomentován původ, počet i pozorovaný aktuální nárůst těchto případů a dále jsou načrtnuty různé skupiny těchto řízení. V druhé, stěžejní, části textu jsou rozebrány nejznámnější rozhodnuté případy z evropských zemí – Nizozemska, Německa, Irska a Francie. Poslední část textu zmiňuje případy z dalších zemí světa a případy, které teprve čekají na rozhodnutí soudů – tak jako např. první česká strategická klimatická žaloba.

This article provides an overview of the new trend of litigation, where the decision considers the matter of climate change. In the first part, the origin and the growing number of cases are presented followed by the categorization of such cases. In the second part of the text, the most famous decided cases from European countries are analysed (Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, and France). Finally, the last part shows climate litigation in other countries and also pending cases – e.g. the first strategic Czech climate lawsuit.
