Tento článek se zabývá právními úpravami řízení nepůvodních druhů živočichů v EU a v České republice. Rozebírá a porovnává příslušné právní úpravy a směrnice Evropské unie a České republiky. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována nařízení EU č. 1143/2014 sb. a zákonu č. 114/1992 sb. o ochraně přírody a krajiny v souladu s dalšími předpisy, které jsou pro danou oblast klíčové. Cílem článku je popis a rozbor právních norem týkajících se nepůvodních druhů živočichů, jakož i navržení možných dodatků, které by se prokázaly jako užitečné v praxi

This article looks into the EU and Czech legal regulation of management of alien animal species. It deals with the regulation while relevant regulations and directives of the European Union and national legal regulation dealing with the issue are mentioned. Particular attention is paid to Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014 and Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended, which are essential in this area. The aim of the article is to describe and analyse the legal regulation concerning alien animal species and to propose potential amendments which would be convenient for the need of practice.
