Článek analyzuje historický vývoj a současnost konceptu actes de gouvernement ve francouzském právu, který představuje jeden z nejznámějších příkladů politických limitů soudního přezkumu na evropském kontinentu. Ač některé akty povahu actes de gouvernement ztrácejí, jiné ji naopak získávají, a tak ani po skoro 200 letech není vývoj konceptu uzavřen.
The article analyzes the historical development and the current state of the “actes de gouvernement” conception in French law which represents one of Europe’s most notorious examples of political limitations imposed on judicial review. As certain acts lose the character of “actes de gouvernement” and others acquire it, the concept still lives on today, almost 200 years after.
