    The thermal treatment of mixtures of polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene was investigated. The results show that polystyrene radicals significantly promote the decomposition of polyolefins, due to this, the thermal decomposition of polyolefins proceeds faster and the yields of gas and oil are quite high.
