Na kolokviu přednesli přednášku JUDr. Vojen Güttler - Veřejný zájem zejména v judikatuře českého Ústavního soudu a JUDr. Jan Malíř, Ph.D. – Role veřejného zájmu v judikatuře Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Poté následovala diskuse.
The colloquium heard lectures on public interest in the judicature of the Czech Constitutional Court by JUDr. Vojen Güttler, and on the role of public interest in the judicature of the European Court of Human Rights by JUDr. Jan Malíř, Ph.D., followed by a discourse.
