V časopise Právník bylo již referováno o konferenci k 10. výročí přijetí Ústavy ČR, která se konala v Senátu ČR dne 13. listopadu 2002. Konference vyústila v hodnotnou publikaci, která na celkem 420 stranách tištěného textu přináší nemálo poznatků. Publikace je velmi dobrým obohacením dosavadní komentářové a učebnicové literatury věnované Ústavě právě proto, že přináší pohledy z různého úhlu.

The output of the conference organized on 13 November in the Senate of the Parliament of CR to commemorate the 10th anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of CR (reviewed in Právník previously) is a valuable publication the 420 pp. of printed text of which present a number of valuable contributions. The publication has enriched the commentary and textbook literature concerned with the Constitution of CR by presenting comments from the most varied angles of view.
