    InGaN/GaN MQW structures for scintillators grown by MOVPE were prepared, measured and optimized. Exciton and defect PL bands, as well as PL kinetics, were measured. Design and construction of a hybrid InGaN/GaN MQW detector with BGO (Bi4Ge3O12) as surrounding or cladding material as first experiments was shown.
