Rozsiahla kolekcia kachlíc z Oponického hradu predstavuje dôležitý prameň pri skúmaní novovekého kachliarstva. V predmetnej štúdii sa zameriavame na ideálnu rekonštrukciu kachľovej pece, ktorá sa mohla nachádzať na hornom hrade. Aj keď z hradu nepochádzajú nálezy kompletnejšie zachovaných pecí, k rekonštrukcii nám slúžia dve koncentrácie kachlíc na hornom hrade. Detailnou analýzou nálezového súboru kachlíc a následným použitím moderných 3D technológií sa pokúšame o rekonštrukciu možnej podoby jednej kachľovej pece. 3D technológie v tejto štúdii predstavujú vlastný analytický nástroj pre zodpovedanie otázok týkajúcich sa konštrukčného riešenia, proporcionality pecného zariadenia a jeho využitia pri vykurovaní paláca.

An extensive collection of stove tiles from the Oponický hrad castle presents an important source for the study of modern-age stove tile production. In this article we focus on an ideal reconstruction of a tile stove that may have been located in the upper castle. Although the castle has not yielded finds of completely preserved tile stoves, there are two concentrations of stove tiles from the upper castle which can be use for the reconstruction. Through a detailed analysis of the stove one tile series and the subsequent use of modern 3D technologies we reconstructed the possible form of a tile stove. In this study, 3D technologies present an analytical tool employed to answer questions concerning the design of the tile stove, its dimensions and use in heating the palace.
