Povodně a selhání lidského faktoru v hospodaření s vodou. Navštivte pozůstatky protržené přehrady na Bílé Desné (1916), nádrž Souš a obce Desná a Tanvald v Jizerských horách, vodní elektrárnu Hučák v Hradci Králové a Litomyšl, kterou v roce 1984 krátce za sebou postihly hned dvě záplavy. Vodohospodáři, ekologové, historici, vodní stavitelé i zástupci městské samosprávy se zamýšlejí nad fatálními dopady neprozřetelného nakládání s vodou a vodními díly v krajině.

Floods and human failure in water management. Visit the remains of the burst dam on the Bílá Desná (1916), the Souš reservoir and the villages of Desná and Tanvald in the Jizera Mountains, the Hučák hydroelectric power station in Hradec Králové and Litomyšl, which was briefly hit by two floods in 1984. Water managers, ecologists, historians, water engineers and representatives of the municipal government reflect on the fatal consequences of the imprudent use of water and waterworks in the landscape.
