This was an experiential and self-knowledge course, where participants map their strengths, talents and values with the help of various creative activities. They practised how to recognize and name their talents, and not only theirs. They learnt to become experts in what they are good at and where their talents are. They also practised how to use their talents in various, even non-traditional areas. The course used the techniques of automatic writing, working with metaphor, film demonstration, improvisation and other techniques.
