Genderově senzitivní komunikace je jedním z nástrojů podpory genderové rovnosti v instituci. Podporuje diverzitu a inkluzi. Workshop byl zacílen na odhalení genderových stereotypů v komunikaci, jak s nimi pracovat a jaká opatření přijmout.

Gender sensitive communication works as a tool for supporting gender equality inside the institution. It also promotes diversity and inclusion. The aim of workshop was to point out where we can find gender stereotypes, how to deal with them and by which means we can use more sensitive approach.
