The transport of properties of PDMS membrane were studied as a function of changes of trans-membrane pressure. PDMS membrane was stable and the transport properties did not change over a long-term experiment. Interesting hysteresis behaviour was observed after a faster change of trans-membrane pressure and waiting short time. The optimisation of changes of experimental conditions was successfully done.
