    A universal clamping device for high voltage optical elements, eliminating the adverse effects of temperature and frequency of the laser beam. The clamping device is reducing thermal effects and piezoelectric effects of optical non-linear crystals and it is suitable for high average power. The clamping device is equipped with the thermal control device. A part of the system is a modular high voltage pulse driver for Pockels cell.
