Kapitola shrnuje revitalizační aktivity a monitoring na poslední lokalitě rdestu dlouholistého v ČR, dále podrobně popisuje způsoby pěstování druhu v záchranné kultuře a v kultuře in vitro. Následně je podrobně vyhodnoceno posilování původní populace a záchranné reintrodukce na původní nebo náhradní lokality, včetně jejich podrobného monitoringu.

The chapter is dealing with the revitalisation and monitoring of the last locality of the Long-stalked Pondweed in the Czech Republic. Additonally, the cultivations of the species in the rescue cultivaton in the Collection of aquatic and wetland plants in Třeboň and in the in-vitro tissue culture are described in detail. The reintroduction activities in the frame of the Rescue programme along with the monitoring of new populations are evaluated.
