Publikace se systematickou strukturou se zabývá architektonickým a uměleckým dědictvím na území tzv. Velké Prahy. Zahrnuje lokality, jejichž názvy začínají písmeny M–Ž. Formou úvodních urbanisticko-historických statí a dále katalogových hesel jednotlivých objektů mapuje jak chráněné, tak státem nechráněné, ale umělecky a historicky hodnotné objekty.

The publication with a systematic structure deals with architectural and artistic heritage in the so-called Great Prague. Includes locations whose names start with the letters M–Ž. In the form of the introductory urbanistic and historical statues, as well as the catalog articles of individual objects, it maps both protected and state-unprotected, but artistically and historically valuable objects.
