The article is a critical edition of the most interesting places from the manuscript of Iraida Beloruss-Beloshevskaya containing her memories concerning her two-year journey along the Trans-Siberian Railway, which ended with the departure from Vladivostok by the steamship „Captain Grant” with a part of the evacuating Czechoslovak Legion. Particular attention is paid to the daily life of her refugee family, who lived almost two years in a railway car.
