    Based on an analysis of various types of sources, the study deals with journeys of Bohemian and Moravian noblemen to the British Isles in the first century of the Early Modern Period. It follows various aspects: reasons for visits, visited places, accomodation, ways of communication, including utilized languages, established contacts, perception of British Isles etc.
