Amfifilní sloučeniny s tetradekahydrofenantrenovým skeletem vzorce I a jejich enantiomery, vykazující neuroprotektivní účinky, jejich použití jako léčiva pro léčení neuropsychiatrických poruch souvisejících s nerovnováhami glutamátergního neuropřenašečového systému, jako jsou ischemické poškození centrální nervové soustavy, neurodegenerativní změny a poruchy centrální nervové soustavy, afektivní poruchy, deprese, post-traumatická stresová porucha a nemoci související se stresem, anxieta, schizofrenie a psychotické poruchy, bolest, závislosti, roztroušená skleróza, epilepsie, gliomy, a farmaceutický prostředek obsahující uvedené sloučeniny.

In the present invention, there are disclosed amphiphilic compounds with tetrahydrophenanthrene skeleton of the general formula I and their enantiomers exhibiting neuroprotecting activity, their use as medicaments for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders connected with imbalances of glutamatergic neurotransmitting system, such as central nervous system ischemic damages, neurodegenerative changes and central nervous system disorders, affective disorders, depressions, post-traumatic stress disorder and diseases connected with stress, anxiety, schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, pain, addictions, disseminated sclerosis, epilepsy, glioms, and a pharmaceutical composition in which the above-indicated compounds are comprised.
