Zpráva se zabývá studiem chladové odolnosti a úspěšnosti přezimování u lýkožrouta severského v terénních podmínkách České republiky v letech 2014, 2015 a 2016. Venkovní experimenty jsou doplněny laboratorním pozorováním a měřením obsahu kryoprotektivních látek, bodu podchlazení a hydratace.

The study summarizes results on cold resistance and overwintering survival in the northern spruce bark beetle. The experiments were carried out in both outdoor (eight localities in the Czech Republic) and laboratory conditions in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Changes of levels of cryoprotective compounds, supracooling points and dessication of overwintering adults were assessed.
