Development of novel microextraction techniques, which significantly reduce consumption of biological samples, environmental impact, extraction time and costs per extraction, is reported in this oral contribution. Various approaches for their in-line coupling to lab made and commercial CE instruments are presented along with strategies for fabrication of low-cost, disposable microextraction devices compatible with injection systems of up to date CE instruments.
