Text příspěvku se týká zejména období, kdy mladá generace anarchistů reprezentovaná Bohuslavem Vrbenským přišla s myšlenkou na oživení anarchistického hnutí, a to v jiné organizační podobě, nežli byly dosavadní anarchistické skupiny. Pro české anarchistické hnutí to představovalo neobvyklou diskusi a polemiku, a tedy reflexi vlastního dosavadního směřování. Vrbenského myšlenka spočívala v návrhu dát anarchistickému hnutí podobu svérázné politické strany. Kácha spatřoval v tomto návrhu nepřijatelný protimluv, nebezpečí ohrožující samu podstatu anarchistické myšlenky a hlavně samotnou budoucnost anarchistického hnutí. Diskuse začala v předvečer I. světové války a pokračovala ve změněných podmínkách v roce 1918 a vedla až k rozpadu českého anarchistického hnutí.

The paper relates in particular to that period of anarchist movement when the young generation of anarchists represented by Bohuslav Vrbenský came up with the idea to revive the anarchist movement, in other organizational form than the existing free anarchist groups. For the Czech anarchist movement that featured an unusual debate and controversy, and reflection of their own existing trend. Vrbenský's idea was a proposal to give the anarchist movement peculiar form of political party. Kácha saw in this proposal unacceptable contradiction, which was danger threatening the very essence of anarchist ideas and especially the very future of the anarchist movement. Discussions began on the eve of World War I and continued under changed conditions in 1918 and led to the collapse of the Czech anarchist movement.
