By combination of diamond thin films with conductive patterns and polydimethylsiloxane microfluidic channels the systems for optical and electronic cells monitoring were realized. The HeLa cells were cultured in the microfluidic channels under in vivo-like conditions of culturing medium exchange with no direct contact to ambient air for the 168 h. The observed data from impedance sensing and optical monitoring confirm usability of realized systems.
