    The article presents a biography, publishing activity, philosophical work and resistance activity of the Czech journalist and philosopher Alfred Fuchs (June 23, 1892 Prague, Bohemia – February 16, 1941 Dachau, Germany). The monograph includes the biographies and scientific contributions of 46 scholars of Jewish origin from Bohemia and Moravia, who became victims of the Nazi regime in 1938/39-45.
