Microclimate related to complex topography has fundamental effect on the diversity of habitats and strongly influence plant species diversity and species composition. To investigate relationship between vegetation and microclimate we collected phytosociological relevés close to ca 400 temperature and soil moisture sensors. The aim of this poster was to present mainly methods of this research, but preliminary results show important influence of almost all measured microclimatic parameters (e.g. minimum and average temperature as well as soil moisture) on natural regeneration of the dominant tree species in the region.
