Byly představeny výsledky pilotních experimentů analýzy nestabilních trivalentních specií As- komplexů s glutathionem a in-vitro methylačních enzymatických směsí pomocí HPLC s reverzní fází a detekcí ICP MS.

The resuls of pilot experiments of analysis of unstable trivalent As species- glutathione complexes and in-vitro methylation assays- by reverse phase HPLC- ICP MS were presented.
