Kniha od profesorky Právnické fakulty Univerzity Vídeň v Rakousku,která patří ke světově uznávaným odborníkům na mezinárodní právo soukromé, je určena především studentům a praxi. Autorka zvolila zcela specifickou systematiku výkladu, která vychází ze zvláštní části mezinárodního práva soukromého, po níž následuje část obecná. Kniha může být přínosem i českým čtenářům, neboť naše právo v mnohém na právo rakouské i rakouskou nauku navazuje.

The book by a professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna in Austria, who belongs among world-famous experts in Private International Law, focuses mainly on students and practice. The author selected a quite specific method of explanation based on the special part of Private International Law, which is followed by the general part. The book may be beneficial also to Czech readers as our law follows Austrian law and Austrian discipline in many aspects.
