The article deals with the moment when experience exceeds thinking and is exceeded by it at the same time. Through the analysis of E. Husserl and an early conception of M. Heidegger we will achieve short inspiration from G. Bataille. At the end the experience of powerlessness is treated in which the exceeding transgression took place (necessarily in the past) and to offer a concluding consideration.
