Methodological developments of instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA), epithermal neutron activation analysis (ENAA), and radiochemical neutron activation analysis (RNAA) achieved at the Nuclear Physics Institute ASCR, Řež (NPI) are briefly summarized. The applicability of the procedures developed in various fields of science and technology is demonstrated.
