Autoři svoji úvahu rozdělili do pěti celků na sebe navazujících a vzájemně se prolínajících. V prvním z nich se zaměřili na obsah časopisu Právník s ohledem na konstitucionalistický přístup, ve druhém se dotkli osobností odpovědných redaktorů, které se zasloužili o koncepční a obsahové vyznění časopisu Právník, třetí poukazuje na vazbu Jednoty právnické a časopisu Právník, čtvrtý připomíná roli studentského spolku Všehrd. Pátá část pak načrtává dopad článků v Právníku na historické vědomí občanů Československa.

The authors divided their reflection into five interrelated and interconnected units. In the first unit, the authors focused on the contents of the journal “The Lawyer”with respect to the constitutional approach, in the second unit they touched upon the personalities of desk editors who played an important role in the conception and content impression of The Lawyer, the third unit pointed out the relation between The Unity of Lawyers and The Lawyer, the fourth one mentioned the role of the students association Všehrd. The fifth unit outlines the impact of articles published in The Lawyer on the historical awareness of the citizens of Czechoslovakia.
