Eine semantische Analyse der Darstellung in der Initiale der Einführungsantiphone in der Handschrift des Prager Klosters in Karlov und Bestimmung der Texte, von denen die Symbolik ausgeht. Die Jungfrau Maria in der Verkündigung Szene wird mit visuellen Metaphern wie Kammer des menschgewordenen Wortes Gottes präsentiert, während die einzelnen architektonischen Details der Illumination die Jungfräulichkeit Marias und ihre die Tugenden symbolisieren.

A semantic analysis of an image in the initial of an entry antiphon of a manuscript of Prague´s cloister in Karlov and identification of texts, from which the symbology originates. Virgin Mary in Lady Day is introduced by means of picture metaphors as a chamber of Incorporated Word of God, whereas individual architectonic details of the illumination symbolize virginity and Mary´s virtues.
