Cílem tohoto příspěvku není popsat platnou právní úpravu, ale zamyslet se v historické perspektivě nad vývojem právní úpravy institutu dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr z hlediska jejich přínosu pro společnost a uživatele, zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance.

The aim of this contribution is not to describe the legal regulation in force but to reflect on the development of the legal regulation of the institute of agreements to perform a job outside the scope of employment in historical perspective and from the point of their contribution to the society and users, both employers and employees.
