Testování v psychologii: teorie odpovědi na položku a počítačové adaptivní testování popisuje principy a techniky moderních psychometrických přístupů. Kniha v teoretické i praktické rovině představuje hlavní prvky IRT (modely, metody odhadu, koncept informačního přínosu atd.).

Testing in Psychology: Item Response Theory and Computerized Adaptive Testing covers the principles and techniques of a modern psychometric framework. The book introduces the cornerstones of IRT (models, estimation methods, item and test information, etc.), and demonstrates its functioning on practical examples. Computerized adaptive testing, which uses the power of IRT, is described through practical applications with original CAT software. Further, basic aspects of adaptive test construction are discussed - things one needs to think about, problems that need to be solved, and decisions that need to be made. The publication also includes a companion website with computational spreadsheet templates.
