Článek je příspěvkem do diskuse o možnostech a limitech endogenních rozvojových potenciálů malých venkovských obcí. Autor se zabývá vnitřní strukturou rozvojových potenciálů a statisticky měří jejich vliv. Prezentuje model lokálního rozvoje, který obsahuje strukturální faktory, endogenní rozvojové potenciály a rozvojové indikátory. Model je testován na souboru statistických dat pro malé venkovské obce v České republice.

This article contributes to the discussion of the possibilities and limits of endogenous developmental potential in small rural communities. The author explores the internal structure of developmental potential and statistically measures its impact. The author presents a model of local development consisting of structural factors, endogenous developmental potential and developmental indicators. The model is tested on a set of statistical data for small rural communities in the Czech Republic.
