Předpokládejme, že nastane skluz synchronizace délky 3 během procesů translace nebo transkripce DNA nebo RNA. V článku tvrdíme, že pravděpodobnost čtení prosunutého terminačního tripletu je vysoká, a tak syntéza RNA nebo nežádoucích proteinů brzy skončí. Tímto způsobem buňky šetří energii.
Suppose that the synchronization period of length 3 in DNA and RNA is violated during the translation or transition processes. We claim that the probability of reading a shifted terminal triplet is quite high and thus the synthesis of RNA or proteins will soon terminate.
