Mnoho funkcionalistických staveb a staveb z období moderny je památkové chráněno od 60. let 20. století, ale stavby z poválečného období nejsou chráněny téměř žádné. Článek analyzuje některé z důvodů tohoto nevyhovujícího stavu.

A lot of Modern Style or Functionalist buildings is preserved beginning of 1960s, however, there is almost nothing preserved from the postwar period. The article analyses some reasons of that bad condition.
