Zamyšlení nad opodstatněním informovaného souhlasu zejména v klinické medicíně z hlediska celistvosti pacientovy existence. Autor se ve stati zabývá ospravedlněním institutu informovaného souhlasu z pohledu uznání pacienta jako existujícího subjektu, míněno nikoliv pouze v právním, ale i ve filosofickém smyslu tohoto slova.

Contemplations on the justification of informed consent particularly in clinical medicine from the point of view of integrity of a patient´s existence. In the article, the author deals with the justification of the institute of informed consent regarding the recognition of a patient as an existing subject, both in the legal and philosophical sense of the word.
