Experiments were performed to find the effect of several control parameters on the bubble formation dynamics, from a single orifice on a perforated plate. Three physical signals were taken in the measurements, the gas pressure in the plenum, the acoustic pressure in the liquid and the video record of the meniscus motion. These were sufficient to extract the information needed. The orifice behavior was characterized by several relevant quantities, e.g. by the total bubbling period, both individual and mean, the active orifice time, the periods of the meniscus oscillations. The data obtained show how these important quantities depend on the selected parameters.
