    This paper deals with presentation of using of wavelet transform for processing of mining induced seismic events. This procedure is presented on example of wave patterns recorded in Karviná region. Main presented result is wavelet-packed decomposition, or time-frequency map of logarithm of squared Morlet continuous wavelet transform coefficients. It is documented that this processing contributes to vivid frequency analysis and to cluster analysis of wave patterns.
