Na základě rozhovorů s pamětníky se autoři publikace pokusili nastínit obraz událostí let 1989 a 1990 v Chebu (ČS) a Plavně (DE). Rozhovory dokumentují vznik a vývoj opozičních skupin v chebském a plavenském regionu a osudy aktérů v době popřevratové.

On the basis of interviews with contemporaries, the publication authors attempt to outline the events of 1989 and 1990 in Cheb (CZ) and Plauen (Ger). The interviews document the origin and development of opposition groups in the Cheb and Plauen region and the fates of those involved in the post-revolutionary period.
