The 17 different textile fragments excavated during the 2009 field season at Abusir have been subjected to textile and technology analysis: samples from the original Old Kingdom shafts 31/AS-East/09, 42/AS-East/09, and samples from Late Period – Ptolemaic burials and deposits 8/AS-East/09, 10/AS-East/09, 11/AS-East/09 and 17/AS-East/09.
