Any mathematical and causal analysis of the Zipf formula (law) was necessarily confronted with the artificial conception of rank. The author shows new possible probabilistic view of this problem. The conception and terms of utility and hierarchy of word probabilities are introduced. Then, strict but reversible mathematical deduction leads to the famous formula too and to its clean understanding on the probability base. This enables the very first probabilistic explanation of the Zipf formula as the real law and it opens the way for its further explanation and new interpretation.
