Článek se věnuje jednomu z mýtů německé filosofie práva, který se odvíjí od názoru Gustava Radbrucha a jeho souvislosti s nacistickým přirozeným právem. Předkládá čtenáři Benthamovu a Radbruchovu formuli. Zabývá se vztahem morální a právní kvality zákona.
The article focuses on one of the myths of German philosophy of law which is based on the opinion of Gustav Radbruch and its relation to the Nazi natural law. It presents the reader with Bentham´s and Radbruch´s formulas. It pays attention to the relationship between the moral and legal quality of a law.
