Příspěvek podává přehled členovců zjištěných při zimování na jedli bělokoré na Valašsku. Zimující společenstva byla překvapivě bohatá, což dokazuje význam jedle pro přezimování bezobratlých a oprávněnost zvyšování jejího zastoupení v podhorských lesích. Toho může být docíleno selektivní těžbou a důrazem na zmlazování semenáčků jedle.

The results of the survey of communities of all arthropods overwintering on white fir in the West Carpathians. Arthropod assemblage was surprisingly rich and show common use of fir bark for living and overwintering. The proportion of white fir should thus be increased in natural and seminatural woodland. This could be done by replacement of clear cutting by selective cutting methods with accent to natural rejuvenation of white fir seedlings.
