    Tento článek je věnován gastronomickému diskursu v Československu v letech 1948-1989, který byl ovlivněn komunistickým režimem a státním intervencemi. K jeho rysům patřila rozsáhlá propagace racionálního stravování, zatímco "haute cuisine" byla především v padesátých letech potlačena. Dále autor analyzuje otázku role gastronomií "bratrských zemí" sovětského bloku. Ukazuje, že kulturní transfer v gastronomii se skládá z recepce kuchařských receptů a článků o gastronomii, osobních kontaktů se zahraniční kuchyní a z dovozu potravin. Po roce 1989 se československá gastronomie přeorientovala na západní státy.

    This article is devoted to gastronomic discourse in Czechoslovakia from 1948 to 1989, when it was influenced by the communist régime and state intervention. Among its features was the excessive promotion of "rational nutrition", while its opposite (especially in the 1950s) haute-cuisine, was squeezed out. Futher, author considers the question related to role the cuisines "fraternal countries" in the soviet bloc. It was shown, that cultural transfer in gastronomy are consisted of the reception of publications of recipes and articles related to the culinary arts, personal encounters with foreign cuisine and importation of foodstuffs. After 1989 was made changes of gastronomic trends towards West Europe.
