Tento článek se zabývá problematikou (organizované) nespolupráce a černého pasažérismu; jeho cílem je ukázat "spolupráci" a "nespolupráci" jako relativní pojmy odpovídající různým úrovním popisu. Závěrem naznačuje, že fenomen organizovaného obcházení pravidel může představovat problém pro naturalistické varianty teorie společenské smlouvy.
This paper deals with the topic of (organized) non-cooperation and free-riding; its aim is to how "cooperation" and "non-cooperation" as relative notions corresponding to different description levels. In the end it is suggested that the phenomenon of organized rulesevading can represent a problem for naturalistic variants of contractarianism.
